This antique powered grindstone features a 33-inch grinding stone mounted on a fixed cast iron axle with a 22-inch cast iron wheel. The wheel would have historically received power from an overhead central belt drive, likely powered by water or steam.

Originally used in pre-electric workshops to sharpen tools and shape metal, it is now sold as a decorative item with many potential uses. Its substantial size, authentic construction, and aged patina make it a striking feature for display, furniture projects, or industrial-inspired interiors or garden displays.
