Large cast iron hand-operated guillotine-style root cutter on a solid four-leg stand.

Likely used in an agricultural setting to prepare fodder or feed. Heavy, tactile and full of honest wear.

The long curved handle gives strong mechanical advantage, which is further increased by the addition of a counterweight ball.

The angled blade sits in a deep cast bed. The frame carries remnants of old green paint with surface rust across all areas.
