A suitable UK mainland* delivery service is included in the advertised price on all stock excluding building materials and oversize consignments. The service selected will be appropriate for the item purchased. We can arrange for delivery of any item we have for sale, to anywhere in the world. Oversize items will often require specialist logistics and will be quoted for on a case by case basis depending on the item and delivery address.

We aim to dispatch and deliver all UK mainland* pallet services within 2 working days. Pallets are delivered via tail lift pallet service to the kerbside only, before ordering please ensure that you can take delivery, the following link explains the delivery process Tail lift pallet to the kerbside.

We aim to deliver non-pallet consignments within two weeks in our van or via another courier service. Due to the size and weight of consignments some assistance might be required at the delivery address to unload an item and / or move it to your desired position. Please get in touch if you have any specific delivery concerns or requirements.

Certain items such as glass or very breakable items cannot be insured for carriage and subsequently carriage is at the buyers risk and we cannot be held responsible for any breakages.  Having said that, we will of course do our utmost to ensure that items are packed carefully and securely to avoid any possible damage in transit.
